Relationships @ WORK - Series I

This is often where we start the journey.

Series I covers three of the four foundation topics that we know high performing teams do well. Just like our other programs, this is a fun and engaging two day program, generating outcomes that last.

Program content:

What is your personality type?

Goal: Use the MBTI to gain a greater understanding of everybody in the team, using techniques that allow it to be applied in a far simpler manner resulting in very long lasting positive results.

Outcome: A long term dramatically increased ability to understand, communicate and work better with each other. The tools covered here dramatically improves interpersonal tolerance and understanding, resulting in improved outcomes at work.

Relationships Banking.

Goal: To provide participants with an alternative way to view relationships and to take responsibility for their role in a relationship.   

Outcome: A new and simple way of explaining how relationships essentially work, providing each participant with an increased ability to take responsibility for the role they play in their relationships. Participants also learn some simple tools to improve those relationships that count the most.

Equitable Trade Agreements.

Goal: To provide participants with an alternative way of looking at ‘employment’ which encourages them to take responsibility for their performance and control of their future.

Outcome: A significantly increased ability for managers/staff to communicate effectively about expectations at work, resulting in better performance and outcomes from the team.

Organisational Unity.

Goal: To provide participants with the ability to separate personal and professional relationships at work and to provide them with specific tools so they are able to comfortably raise issues, especially in situations when it isn’t going so well.

Outcome: Dramatically improved ‘Positive Professional Relationships’ helping a group becoming a team.
