Relationships @ WORK - Series II

Continue here...

Series II adds a number of layers to the concepts covered in Series I and provides more opportunities to practise the tools. It also covers the fourth foundation topic that we know high performing teams do well.

Series II is another two-day program that is both fun to attend and generates long term outcomes.
How do we know this, because our clients tell us.

Program content:

Personality Typing & Relationships Banking (Additional layers)

Goal: To refresh the concepts learned in Series One and to be able to identify exactly those things that earn and lose points with each ‘animal temperament type’.

Outcome: A clear reminder that ‘Animal Types’ are not intended to be used to excuse behaviour or justify negative traits, rather they are a tool to gain a better understanding of differences. Plus a good understanding of those things that earn / lose points (Rel. Banking) with each Type.

Organisational Unity. (Additional layers)

Goal: To encourage each participant to take responsibility for their performance and control of their future, and be able to communicate better about that.

Outcomes: An increased ability to communicate in a positive manner with each other about what is expected of each team member.
An improved understanding of the importance of taking more responsibility for their role in the organisation and for clarifying what is required of them.
A significantly increased ability for managers/staff to communicate effectively about expectations at work, resulting in better performance and outcomes from the team.

Keeping on Track. (The fourth foundation topic.)
How to have a good day, even if others aren’t.

Goal: To provide participants with an insight into the underlying drivers of their behaviour. To give them an understanding of how to take control of their emotions and their behaviour choices. To gain some skills to foster a more positive work environment.

Outcomes:
Participants will have a far better understanding of their ‘inner workings’ (what goes on between their two ears) and how to address aspects that they may be unhappy with. Each participant will have greater control of their emotions or at least be able to filter some of them before they react, resulting in them being able to take more control of their lives in general and their day specifically. Finally, the team will understand how to foster and protect a more positive work environment resulting in positive changes to the culture of the team.

All in all, a very positive and motivational day for participants.
